Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns of beauty items, swimwear and intimates apparel. Certain promotional discounts are Final Sale as well, as outlined in the promotion details. 


All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return and shipped back in its original condition. Failure to do so will result in your return being denied and shipped back to you. Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.


Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number and without the completed Merchandise Return Form cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7/14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.

How To Complete Your Return

1. To begin a return for a U.S. order, please click here, within 7 days of your order delivery.

2. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned, on the Merchandise Return Form. Enclose this form with your return and also write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.

3. For international returns, email and indicate which item(s) you would like to return. If the item(s) are eligible for a return, we will provide a prepaid DHL Express label. If you have any questions regarding your international return, please refer to our customer service center..

4. Items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of your RA issue date.

5. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund in approximately 12 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.

Frequent Returns

We monitor returns made by customers and excessive returns are flagged and may be refused at our discretion.
